Close your eyes, be very still and imagine that you have planted a magic bean in your garden. Look outside the window and you see the biggest, tallest most gigantic beanstalk in the world. Go outside and stand at the foot of the beanstalk. Look up and see the leaves at the top disappearing into the clouds. You start to climb the enormous beanstalk. Further and further you go up into the air. If you have a look below, you can just about see your house. The world looks very tiny from where you are, up in the air. Keep climbing up and up until finally you see the top of the beanstalk poking into the clouds. You climb right to the top and find yourself sitting on a soft fluffy cloud. You are so high up and all you can see for miles and miles are white clouds. It feels as if you are lying on mountains of cotton wool, they feel so light and spongy. Just stay up here for a while, in the comfort of the soft and gentle clouds. You are drifting, drifting, drifting through the sky. You feel quiet and peaceful as you lie on these fluffy clouds. Your whole body feels soft and relaxed.

Stay here in the clouds for as long as you wish, feeling calm and peaceful.

 

And now, when you are ready, you can start to slide at your own speed down the beanstalk. Sometimes you slide down fast, enjoying the feel of the cool air rushing over your body and sometimes you slide down at a gentle speed enjoying the view as you descend. Just enjoy the feeling of being on the longest slide in the world.
